- Deletion – ask us to delete your personal information.
- Account deletion – ask us to delete your account. Account deletion is irreversible: any active subscription will be cancelled, unused credits will be forfeited (except as provided in our Refund Policy), and the email address used for the account (including an email used through Google or another third-party sign-in) can never be used to register or sign in to the Service again.
How to make a request. Email support@makifyai.com from the email address linked to your account and describe your request (for account deletion, put "Account deletion request" in the subject line). To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity. We will complete your request and reply within 30 days of verification, free of charge.
We may retain order and transaction records for the period required by law for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal purposes. To enforce the no-re-registration rule above, we keep your registration email address and use it for that purpose only. If the laws where you live give you additional rights, you can exercise them in the same way.
