Question 1

Can I try Makify AI for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating an account is free and new users receive welcome credits, plus you can earn extra credits through daily check-in rewards. No credit card is required to start — upgrade only when you need more credits or higher limits.

Question 2

How are credits deducted for image and video generation?

Accepted Answer

Credits are deducted per generation based on the model and settings you choose — resolution, video duration, and quality all affect the cost. The Compare Plans table on this page lists each model's credit cost, priced by the same billing engine that charges your account, so the numbers always match what you actually pay.

Question 3

What's the difference between a subscription and a one-time credit pack?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions offer the lowest cost per credit and include plan benefits such as more parallel tasks. Pay-as-you-go packs are one-time purchases that never auto-renew and stay valid for 6 months — a good fit for occasional use. Credits from both can be used on the same account.

Question 4

Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?

Accepted Answer

Subscription credits are tied to their billing period: monthly credits reset at each monthly renewal, and annual credits remain available throughout the subscription year but don't carry over after it renews. One-time packs and top-up packs are valid for 6 months from purchase.

Question 5

How are credits allocated for annual subscriptions?

Accepted Answer

Annual plans grant the full year of credits upfront, right after payment — for example, a 1,200 credits/month Pro plan grants 14,400 credits at once. Use them at any pace during the subscription year; the allocation refreshes when your subscription renews.

Question 6

What happens if I use up my credits before the plan renews?

Accepted Answer

You can buy a top-up credit pack at any time without changing your plan, or upgrade to a higher tier — on upgrade, the credit difference is granted immediately. Credits are added to your account right after payment.

Question 7

Can I cancel or change my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and simply won't renew. You can also switch plans; upgrades take effect immediately, with the credit difference granted right away.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with popular digital wallets. Available options vary by region — the exact methods for your country are shown at checkout.

Question 9

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No — the price shown at checkout is exactly what you pay. Depending on your region, taxes or currency-conversion fees may be added by your payment provider, but we never charge anything beyond the listed price.

Question 10

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided you've used no more than 50 paid credits from that purchase — both conditions must be met. For auto-renewing subscriptions, each renewal counts as a new payment under the same rule, and free or bonus credits don't count toward the limit. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

Question 11

Can I use generated images and videos for commercial purposes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Content generated on paid plans comes with a commercial license and no-watermark outputs, so you can use it in ads, social media, product visuals, and client work, subject to each platform's own rules.

Question 12

How can I check my credit usage and remaining balance?

Accepted Answer

Open the Credits page in your account settings to see your remaining balance, recent usage, and a detailed record of every credit grant and deduction.
